General Conditions of Sale during Winter
The pass is valid as a personal identification: Therefore, it is not exchangeable. The ski pass system automatically creates photos in order to ensure the allocation of the ski pass to a person. These photos are deleted after the expiration of the validity of the ski pass. To shorten or extend the period of validity of the acquired passes is not possible under any circumstances. Lost, stolen, damaged or deliberately removed ski passes will not be refunded or replaced. The cancelling of the ski passes is possible in case of abuse. Legal actions can be taken, if necessary.
Children, born after 1st December, 2000 pay child prices. Children, born after 1st December, 2010 drive free. Children who are born after 1st December, 2008 receive a free ski pass for the period during which an accompanying adult purchases a ski pass (only in case of list price, discounted ski passes are exempt; identity of the child is required). Free ski passes are handed out only in combination with the purchase of an adult ski pass: Subsequent acquisition or replacement is not possible. Excluded are season cards and all group discounts. To obtain the free ski pass, a DOCUMENT of the child is required.
Seniors born before the 12th January, 1951 pay seniors prices.
Discounts of every kind will be made valid only in case presentation of a valid ID.
The ski pass is valid only within the normal operating hours.
Combination ticket Kronplatz: The day at Kronplatz can be selected freely within the validity of the ski pass. It is not possible to use the combination ticket for Kronplatz and the Tauferer-Ahrntal on the same day.
All ski passes (except single tickets) are issued in the form of non-contact, reusable key cards. In addition to the ticket price, a deposit of 5€ is intended. If the data carrier is returned undamaged, the deposit will be fully refunded.
The ski pass is refunded in case of ski accidents after the date of the deposit at the spot. Furthermore, a medical certificate is required, which is issued by a doctor who is active in the Tauferer-Ahrntal or admitted at the hospital where the injured was treated. The medical certificate must testify that the pass holder is not able to go skiing due to the injury. Accompanying people or family members are not eligible for reimbursement. The calculation of the reimbursement is taken according to the price of the already past days of use of the ski pass. The ½-day and one day ski pass does not include refunding. With the use of the ski pass at the ski resort Speikboden, the applicable conditions must be respected.
Valid only for young people, born after the 1st December, 1998. Ski passes for groups apply only to the lifts of Klausberg. The number of paying passengers must be above 15. All the cards must be the same: That means same number of days, same expiration date, etc.
A list, containing the following information must be served:
- Full name and date of birth of the group members
- Name and address of the group leader, the school or the club
- Address of the accommodation in the resort
On request, different types of subscription for the ski resort Klausberg are available. Each group member pays the same group rate!
Only exception: Children born after the 1st December, 2010 drive free. They do not count as members of the group! For every 12th paying person a free ticket is guaranteed! The ski passes are issued on key cards. A deposit of 5€ will be charged for every key card. The deposit will be returned, if the key card is returned fully functional. Group offers are not combinable with other promotions.
Prices and Privacy
In case of overlap between high and low season, a mixed price is calculated by the cash desk computer.The ticket meets the requirements of the tax receipt (decree of the 30th June, 1992). The use of the ski pass implies knowledge and acceptance of the conditions of sale.
